Before founding The Digital Café, Antony Young spent 21 years abroad in New York, London and Asia running some of the largest advertising firms.  This included being Chief Executive of ZenithOptimedia UK, CEO of Mindshare North America and Board Director for Saatchi & Saatchi Asia.  He advised some of the world's most famous brands including Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Procter & Gamble and American Express.   

He is a strategic adviser to several media and technology companies.

Antony is a leading commentator on digital media.  He has been a guest writer for Advertising Age, a speaker at the prestigious Ad:Tech conference, and author of three books on marketing strategy and effectiveness.  




Co-founder Matt McNeil harks from the UK, enjoyed a highly successful career in media after completing his degree in Economics and Political Science at the London School of Economics.

He quickly rose up the ranks at Carat, one of London’s top media planning and buying shops.  He came out to New Zealand, fell in love with the country.  After returning to London briefly, Matt came back to head the largest media agency in Wellington working with some of New Zealand’s most successful marketing organisations.
