Before founding The Digital Café, Antony Young spent 20 years abroad in New York, London and Asia running global advertising firms. This included being Chief Executive of ZenithOptimedia UK, CEO of Mindshare North America and Board Director for Saatchi & Saatchi Asia. He advised some of the world's most famous marketers including Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Toyota and American Express.
He continues to advise several companies of their global marketing strategy.
Antony is a leading commentator on digital media. He has been a guest writer for Advertising Age, a speaker at the prestigious Ad:Tech conference, and author of three books on marketing effectiveness.
Co-founder Matt McNeil harks from the UK, enjoyed a highly successful career in media after completing his degree in Economics and Political Science at the London School of Economics.
He quickly rose up the ranks at Carat, one of London’s top media planning and buying shops.
He came out to New Zealand, fell in love with the country. Matt headed media for Clemenger’s Wellington agency, and was the Managing Director of media advertising firm OMD advising some of New Zealand’s most successful companies and Government agencies on digital and media marketing.
